Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of visa consulting services provided by Biresaet SpA.

1. Service Description

Biresaet provides consulting and advisory services for obtaining visas. We are not a travel agency nor do we provide guarantees on visa approvals. Our services include advice, document preparation and guidance during the application process.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing truthful and complete information, delivering all required documents in a timely manner, and complying with the specific requirements of the destination country. The client must report any changes in their situation that may affect their visa application.

3. Fees and Payments

Our fees are clearly specified before starting any service. Payments must be made according to agreed terms. Consular fees and other government costs are not included in our service fees and are the client's responsibility.

4. Liability Limitations

Biresaet does not guarantee visa approvals. Visa decisions are made solely by the corresponding consular authorities. We are not responsible for delays or rejections by consular offices or changes in visa regulations.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms with written notice. In case of termination by the client, paid fees are non-refundable for services already rendered.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
